Flushing Cove

This small sand and shingle cove on Gillan Creek has wonderful views out towards the sea beyond. Fringed by the mature woodland of the Helford and with no parking nearby Flushing Cove has a rather secluded feel.
If you see anyone else on the beach it is most likely they are launching a boat or just passing through on the coast path.

Access to Flushing Cove isn't particularly easy, hence the lack of crowds. Even though the road runs right down to the beach there is absolutely nowhere to park here. 

 As a result there is nothing in the way of facilities here. Just a lovely, quiet riverside beach in beautiful surroundings.
