Sandymouth - surfing

Best at low to mid on a pushing tide as high tide breaks over the rocks.

Peaks are to be found along its length but it is very exposed to wind so Easterlies or light winds are the go.

Being West facing gets lots of swell and it is a good alternative to escape summer crowds in Bude.

Suitasble for beginners at low to mid tide and in smaller conditions but bigger swells create strong rips.
