Popular accessible beaches

The following collection of beaches are all known to have access and facilities for wheelchair users and the less able. Whilst it is reasonable to assume many of the main resort and Blue Flag beaches offer some degree of accessibility there are plenty of other spots around the coast that can be enjoyed by all.

Several beaches in Cornwall provide a sand chair to hire. These all terrain wheelchairs have special oversized inflatable wheels which allow them to roll over the sand with ease.
